Mike Foster, MBA

President & CEO

Mike Foster is a seasoned finance executive with over two decades of experience in financial planning, operations management, and strategic leadership. He has successfully led divisional FP&A initiatives, providing financial oversight for a $700 million revenue portfolio. His expertise includes financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis—driving insights that support sustained business growth.

Mike spent 16 years with US Acute Care Services, Envision Healthcare, where he oversaw financial operations supporting 29 million annual patient services. His professional background spans revenue scaling, expense reduction, mergers and acquisitions, GAAP compliance, private equity reporting, and cross-functional team leadership.

He holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BA from Sonoma State University.
